We're looking for a postdoc! Review of applications will start July 15, 2017. The successful applicant starts the position ideally in the fall (September 2017).

The position is funded by the National Science Foundation and the Binational U.S.-Israel Science Foundation, awarded to Dr. Bernhard Leidner (PI), Dr. Gilad Hirschberger (Co-PI, IDC Herzliya, Israel) and Dr. Jiyoung Park (Co-I, UT Dallas). The project examines how the suffering or perpetration of intergroup violence in the past can facilitate or prevent intergroup violence in the present and future.

In collaboration with Dr. Leidner, Hirschberger, Park, and members of their respective labs, the postdoc will develop research questions, design studies to test them, analyze results, and write up manuscripts and grant proposals stemming from this project. Studies will include survey, behavioral, and autonomic psychophysiological measures (e.g., cardiovascular indices of threat and challenge).
